Q: How do I create a new listing account?
A: Go to the top of Home page and click on "Owner Sign Up" Under property listing, click on Sign Up Now. Once you've opened the User Dashboard, add your property and you're done! Look for Upgrade button to add Mobile Bookkeeper to your listing account.
Q: What is a multiple property subscription share?
A: Add multiple properties to your listing account. During any subscription, take turns activating each property for one month, two months or any combination totaling the number of months for your purchased plan.
Q: How do I receive payments instantly?
A: Every property listing is set up with a PayPal account option. Owner must activate it, in order to start receiving payments. This is a very easy process. All transactions are strictly between owner and renter. Refunds are easily processed if necessary.
Q: What is Auto-Reservations Option?
A: With Auto-Reservations, travelers can go to any property listing, book quickly and send a payment to the owner as long as the calendar is showing availability. Owners can choose to accept this booking and payment before or after screening process.
Q: How do I receive reviews from past renters?
A: After the renter has used our booking service, then he or she can write a review as soon as the vacation has been completed. If the review is unfavorable, the owner can issue a complaint and ask for a review from our support team.

Q: How do I create financial statements?
A: From your mobile device, start recording all of your expenses. Any income is reported from using the booking service and/or entering it manually. During any time period, reports can be generated and printed. At year end, summary reports can be printed for your tax accountant.
Q: How do I receive my Welcome Book?
A: On your dashboard, you will see your Welcome Book button. Click on it and you can download your copy. Save it to your hard drive and customize it to fit your rental.
Q: How does the Availability Calendar work?
A: On your dashboard you will see your Calendar. Open it and look for the plus button on any date. Click on the plus button to make this date unavailable or vice versa. You can also add a contact, make a reservation, add an expense or add income. All information will be stored in the appropriate files.
Q: What about Last Minute Cancellations?
A: Let your email management help you reach out to your customers easily. If a last minute cancellation occurs, use your email manager to send a quick note to those who might be interested. Everything is stored conveniently for you in your Mobile Bookkeeper's account.
